Returns & Warranty Policy
*Please be sure to include a copy of your receipt inside the box confirming your order details.
30-DAY RETURN POLICY: All items must be returned with their original packaging and in "new" and "unused" condition within THIRTY (30) days of purchase (regardless of shipping date).
All returnable items will require a 15% restocking fee. Customized, Sale, Discount or Closeout items are not eligible for return. Components and Gear which have been opened from sealed packaging, had tags removed or installed are not eligible for return. *Tires are not eligible for return.
Products deemed to be returned in used condition or without their original packaging will not be eligible for return or refund.
Pre-ordered items that are cancelled before shipping but after ninety days (90) are eligible for a refund less processing fees. *Depending on your bank a refund to your card may not be possible.
Once your return is received and inspected (usually within 1-3 business days of receipt), your refund will be processed and a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Please note that depending on your credit card company, it may take an additional 2-10 business days after your credit is applied for it to be posted to your account.
You are responsible for all shipping costs associated with getting your order back to our California distribution facility. All Returns, Exchanges or Store Credits for items that shipped Free will be subject to a minimum $10 charge. DAREDEVIL is not responsible for lost packages.
Shipping Policy
Free shipping on orders over a $100 in the continental US. Orders ship within 24-48 hours. Please note supply-chain related delays are possible. We will contact you with an ETA once your order has been processed
