Our Radiator and Oil Cooler Guards are engineered so they are manufactured without welding. Frames are cut from a sheet of .060 5051 aluminum. The screen is .034 expanded aluminum. Then we hard anodize every one for a chip-free, tough finish!
This Guards is a precision fit, The guard Zip ties directly to the radiator in all four corners. Super clean installation and very easy.
